Process
After the OA, they would schedule an onsite.
Onsite: 4 rounds a day, morning or afternoon event, 45 minutes for each. System design, database, algorithm, and full behavioral questions were all covered.
The interviewer from the behavioral questions section was highly passionate, and that would make you have great interest in this company. It's a pity I could not pass the interview.
Tired but learnt a lot.

Pros: Awesome people! Hands down the best people I have worked for until now. The CEO and the company on the whole are very energetic, which makes you feel that your contributions actually matter. Definitely do not miss a chance to work here! People here think from the perspective of customer experience and actually strive to make it better (one of their core principles). I have never seen any company take this as seriously as Twilio does.
Cons: I cannot think of one, but if I have to say something, I would maybe wish to have better employee benefits, such as better health insurance, commuter checks, etc.

Pros: - Good benefits
- Anti-racism is a priority
- Twilio.org seems really cool
Cons: - Equity makes up a good amount of compensation.
- 'Remote-friendly' only if you live in cheaper cities (no California or NYC).
- Hard to move around internally because of budget and bureaucracy.
- Software engineers often work on infrastructure and support tasks versus actual feature development.
