All interviews were via Zoom. Generally, the interviews were positive and felt like they went well, but I was ultimately rejected due to one technical interview.

I assume my answers were not what the interviewer wanted to hear, as I was having some difficulty understanding what the interviewer actually expected from me.

Great Manager, Terrible Balance

Pros: My manager was great; they were interested in my progress and development. Remote work, nice salary, and benefits.

Cons: The Tallinn office is in the middle between two timezones (India and the US), so there were lots of meetings in general (a minimum of 2 hours a day) and in the evenings particularly. My work-life balance didn't exist because of this and the amount of work in general.
