I received an email to schedule a phone interview invitation from HR. I responded with my available times, but then never heard back. I followed up several times but received no response.
I have come to the conclusion that their HR department is too arrogant to communicate with candidates.

Pros: Great people at the company, good environment to work in.
Cons: Now that multiple layoffs have happened, employee morale is low, according to my friends that are still within the company. No one wants to go in; no one wants to do anything anymore. This is because they laid off a total of 28% of the company, which is a lot when the company is just about 9000 employees.
