I have been attending many interviews in the last 2 months, and this was one of the best and very well planned. Twilio has certain ethics, which were visible throughout their interview process. I was well informed of the position and responsibilities and knew what I was interviewing for. Due to the Covid situation, the entire interview had to be conducted remotely over video conferencing, but it was still so well planned that I was surprised.
