I had a phone screen with a recruiter at Twilio who asked me to take a coding challenge.
On the same day, another recruiter reached out to me for the same position and asked for my availability for a chat with the Hiring Manager.
I provided my availability but never heard back.
After a week, I received an email stating I was rejected.
The interview experience was shambolic.
