Pros: If you pick the right team, there are a ton of things that you could learn and work on.
Fast work-pace, less WLB if joined to the team.
If you prefer coasting, you could. Some teams struggle to find things to do.
Cons: You can never trust leadership.
There's no clarity in communications. For example, middle management was unaware of both layoffs. Directions are always changing.
