The HR department contacted me and scheduled the interviews soon after. I had two interviews, each lasting 45 minutes.

The interviewers were interested in my previous work experience and my current studies. They informed me about the team and the projects they were involved in.

Each interviewer asked me a couple of coding questions.

Pros: Awesome people! Hands down the best people I have worked for until now. The CEO and the company on the whole are very energetic, which makes you feel that your contributions actually matter. Definitely do not miss a chance to work here! People here think from the perspective of customer experience and actually strive to make it better (one of their core principles). I have never seen any company take this as seriously as Twilio does.

Cons: I cannot think of one, but if I have to say something, I would maybe wish to have better employee benefits, such as better health insurance, commuter checks, etc.

Maximize Greatness of an Array
