Process

Followed up with my application months later. Overall, interview process was handled well. Interviews were scheduled quickly. The person I was in contact with responded in a quick manner. Only criticism is that all interviews went well but didn't get the position because of "lack of experience." Felt like this was a baseless response since the conversation with the hiring manager went really well and she was impressed with my work experience and projects.
