Process

The interview process was extensive, consisting of six rounds in total, including the initial call with the recruiter.

My recruiters were great at communicating updates when they could, which I greatly appreciated, especially since the process sometimes had lulls between interviews.

Twilio provided resources and materials in advance to prepare me for the questions that would eventually be asked. Preparing for the tech screening and presentation was time-consuming, but it also exposed me to the software, which was nice to see ahead of time.

I felt that I finished the interview process with a fair understanding of the role, culture, and expectations. Overall, everyone was very kind and respectful. They used all the allotted time to really get to know me and to allow me to ask questions.

My hard work paid off in the end!
