I applied for a Staff Engineer role.

In total, there were 5 rounds plus 1 online assessment. Barring the coding round, all other rounds focused on leadership principles and team fitment. Even the coding round was not overly challenging, with questions similar to LeetCode Easy problems involving arrays.

After all the rounds, which lasted about 6 hours, I did not hear back from the recruiter.

I have been ghosted before in interviews, but this one is particularly painful because I went through such a hectic interview schedule. Before the interview, Twilio made grand claims about the work and interview experience.

All of these seem like mere showmanship. I highly doubt they are serious about their India Development Centre.
