It looked amazing initially when the interviewer was digging into details about your project. Then I came to know he was a pathetic guy.
After clearing the first coding round, hiring went on freeze. Then, suddenly, two weeks later, a new recruiter came into the picture. She was very inexperienced and didn't know how to talk.
The hiring manager was great, and every other guy was just doing the interview for the sake of it.
Be aware of this company, since they are not recruiting; they are ghosting because Twilio's profit is very low.
I have blacklisted this company and its recruiter.
Main reason: The recruiter was asking for personal details even before a hiring decision was made.
