Pros

Twilio Segment has recently been the most volatile team, with the Infra team being the most unfocused at work. The US-based leadership has no clear direction of work and allows folks to take up fancy projects with no value-add to the actual platform.

Cons

Lack of clear vision. Constantly changing leadership. Clearly evident white supremacy by leaders.

Advice to Management

Respect and recognize the work; else you'll end up cleaning the crappy work you've spread, and that would eventually make you realize the work "inferiors" have been doing.
