Pay is low compared to similar companies in the Bay Area, partially due to the falling stock price. The losses due to the stock are not covered in terms of cash (base pay).
All employee perks were removed in order to achieve profitability, but there has been no substantial change in the last year.
Since the time I joined, I have seen a lot of reorganization (maybe due to market conditions).
