The benefits, company culture, international environment, flexible hours, work atmosphere. All of the above is a big plus and is above average.
The American schedule of many colleagues means that we have to have some meetings later than usual.
Luckily, this is compensated for by the flexible schedule.

The interview dragged on endlessly. It was filled with an overwhelming number of irrelevant questions that had nothing to do with the actual role, making the entire experience exhausting, confusing, and unnecessarily drawn out.
