Pros

Great benefits. Multicultural environment. Challenging new projects. Scalable and high-resilient products to be created.

Cons

Recent lay-offs. Depending on your project, some have good teamwork, and others not so good.

Advice to Management
  • Stop hiring people and promise them career growth and being part of 'a family' if you are considering lay-offs.
  • Consider having more engineers and fewer managers.
