Good salary with mixed culture
Twilio offers great salary and RSUs. One of the best time-off policies: no meetings on Fridays. Twilio is still a leader in CPaaS, and they have great products.
Morale is down because of recent firings.
Twilio is not efficient internally, and there are no clearly defined goals for some people. They do not have any business analysts or a quality assurance team, which is not great, as managers/other employees come up with their own products to showcase their initiative.
Should listen to employees more and be more transparent.
