Fun gaming culture.
Solid WLB and PTO.
Modern tech stack that is usually improving.
Cons: Business is turbulent, and it always feels like we're gonna get laid off. Work-life balance takes a hit when we're approaching product launch. If you're on a bad team, it can be miserable, as I've heard.

Pros: They are very pro work/life balance. They are very pro diversity and promoting a healthy work culture where you can be heard.
Cons: It’s not clear to me that Twitch knows the best direction to take the company. It’s a common feeling that the people in the company aren’t clear on how their work is driving success for Twitch. It’s hard if you are motivated by results and impact at Twitch when the product direction is so unclear.
