The engineering at the company is very competent.
The company is losing all of its long-term employees, losing a lot of very important knowledge in the process. It continues to enshitify internally and externally, making it depressing to work at. Getting any kind of feedback is excruciatingly slow, be it personal feedback or build status feedback.
They really need to actually listen, both to their users and to their staff.
