Process
I applied online and was contacted by a recruiter to take their online programming test. The test had basic programming questions that anyone who has practiced solving online programming problems would be able to solve with no problem. After solving all the problems and submitting the test, I was contacted again by them, saying they are looking for someone with more experience, which is understandable. All in all, it was a good interview experience and the communication was timely.
