I had the phone interview first, and then received the online assessment. There were two questions in three hours. I got the feedback in a week. Then, I went to the onsite interview one month later. I stayed in one room and was interviewed by five to six people. I didn't pass it and left at noon.

Pros: Anyone who has to bring their Chief of Staff from one organization to the next, in the same exact role, is someone who doesn’t value diversity of thought. Danger, danger, danger. Run, don’t walk.

Pros: Good deal on working from home vs. office.
Cons: Terrible culture. Bad publicity almost every day. Partners disagree and don't speak with each other, causing harm to the company. Some rogue researcher hacked into a poorly managed software setup, got paid over $20 million, and caused a major regulatory and internal backlash. People around are afraid that the SEC will shut down the company for gross negligence and mismanagement.
