Management has good expectations of what can be achieved in a reasonable workweek and holds employees to what is reasonable, but talks expectations as if much more is possible. Inbox zero adherents may be disappointed.

The interview process was quite straightforward. It started with a call with HR, followed by an hour call covering various topics including statistics and computer science. After this, I received an email that I no longer would be proceeding.
1. Phone conversation with HR: General position preferences and expectations. 2. Online coding test: A few simple algorithm/coding questions that can be implemented in C++, Python, or Java. 3. Technical phone interview: Programming and probability/
The virtual onsite interview took 3 hours, speaking with three people separately. Most of the questions were open-ended. The HR department then reviewed the results of the interview. I should have communicated more during the interview.
