Frontend Engineer Interview Experience - Spain

Process

The interview had 5 steps, and I was attended by a recruiter throughout the whole process:

  1. Video call with the recruiter for an introductory discussion and a review of my previous job experience.
  2. An online test with three parts, taking approximately 1 hour. Each part required solving an algorithm. The first two parts were relatively quick, but the third was a bit more complicated. I recommend practicing algorithms before this test.
  3. A one-on-one meeting with a team lead to discuss experience and gain insights from both sides.
  4. A live technical test with two team leads, where I was asked to add features to a React app. The tasks were straightforward: handling events, controlling state, and adding some CSS.
  5. Four referrals from coworkers, preferably two managers and two colleagues.
