Process
I submitted an application without a referral and received a request for a call from a recruiter just 10 minutes later. I scheduled the call.
Before the call, I set my phone to Do Not Disturb mode, anticipating a Google Meet session and wishing to avoid distractions. Unfortunately, I missed the call. I called back one minute later but received no response. Shortly after, I got an email stating that a Bachelor's degree was required, despite the job description indicating equivalent experience, which I possess.
It appears the recruiter did not review my resume or my qualifications.

Pros: Free, disgusting, watery chicken for lunch every day. Sometimes, when the previous day's food isn't finished, it's served the next day. Yummm...
Cons: Pushy management. Absolutely no work-life balance.
(Oh, unlimited vacations, you say? Let me dump 10 projects on you before you leave, and after you finish, then you can go.)
Want 7-8 hours of sleep like a normal human being? Too bad, you're only going to get a maximum of 4 hours. Expect to work 8 more hours after you get home, and the cycle starts over again.

Pros: Fast-paced, challenging work environment.
Opportunity to work on big things which are changing cities and the way of life of millions of people.
Cons: If you're not into fast-paced, challenging work environments, this might not be the place for you. The talent bar is very high, and so are expectations.

Pros: Big company, you get good compensation and really good benefits.
Software development culture is enjoyable and growth-oriented.
Good values like honesty and ethics are really important for them.
Definitively a good place to work.
Cons: As the company is big, work comes in waves. Sometimes you do not have a lot, and sometimes you have tons.
Also, you may feel your visibility dissipated because of how big the company is. In their defense, they are trying to avoid this, but they still have work to do.
This last one is also true for "leveling." Meaning, working at Uber, you feel the "levels" they have a little bit. They are trying to avoid that, but are still working on it.
