Pros: Few professions seem so openly hostile to their current members as software engineering. We expect people to do live engineering on a whiteboard under stressful interview conditions.
Cons: You can probably expect mostly algorithms and maybe one system design.
They let you use a whiteboard or computer.

Pros: - Exciting and inspiring mission to change the world.
- Dara seems like a great leader.
- Huge company with lots of opportunities to work on different types of problems.
- Good tech stack.
- Competitive compensation and benefits.
- Moves quickly for a large company.
Cons: Tech, processes, etc., were a bit more chaotic than I would have expected from a large company.

- Great benefits. Excellent parental leave policy, the best I have seen.
