I received an email from a technical recruiter to schedule a 30-minute interview. I scheduled it, but never received the call. I rescheduled, and still didn't get the call. I then emailed the recruiter, who thankfully replied, stating I was still under consideration and asked me to pick a time for an initial screening. I did so again, and history repeated itself; I never received a call.
It has been almost five weeks, and I still haven't heard from them.
A request to technical recruiters: If you don't have time to conduct an interview, please don't waste others' time.
