Process

I had two technical phone interviews.

In the first one, I was given two problems. I finished the first one but was asked questions about it even though I had already answered them while solving the problem. I was unable to finish the second question due to the time constraint.

I was given another phone interview chance, and the question was a little difficult.

Questions

Design a function for the game "Go". We should be able to tell if the game is won by either of the players.

A game is done if a player's coins are surrounded by opponent's coins in all four directions: up, right, down, and left.

It need not be just one coin that could be surrounded; there could be two or more.
