I applied online.
Had phone interviews with two people.
The first interviewer was great, asking in-depth machine learning questions. I made it to the second round.
The second interviewer, however, had a bad attitude. They said things like, "How do you not know X if you really worked on Project Y?" It felt as if they were assuming I was lying.
