Applied online via LinkedIn and was shortly after contacted for a Skype interview.
The process of setting up the interview was quick and efficient.
The actual Skype interview was very standard issue, and I had little trouble with it. Apart from one question, which was phrased in a very vague manner that made it very difficult to respond to, the interview was relatively straightforward and exactly what you would expect.
Overall, a relatively positive experience.
