Process

I applied through a staffing agency. The process took two weeks.

The first round was a machine coding round, where I was asked two DSA questions on LeetCode: one of them was an easy-level question and the other was a medium-level difficulty. One of the questions was to find the closest palindrome.

Questions

Find the Closest Palindrome from LeetCode.

Good compensation - Terrible performance KPIs

Senior Android Developer • Current Employee

Santiago, Chile

Pros: - Good compensation - Good benefits

Cons: You're judged based on the number of lines of code/commits that you do. So, if you work on a complex fix or feature with little code, you're screwed. You can write dumb code that doesn't work, but it doesn't matter because you're only reviewed by the quantity that you write, not the quality.
