The HR team was very qualified and caring, and the technical interview team was exceptional. The questions were very challenging, prompting deep thought and different perspectives. They covered both technical and methodological aspects, focusing on the problem and solution alternatives. The approach was concrete yet open-minded, with discussions showing great attention to detail. There was no micromanagement.
Absolutely awesome.
The team was very receptive. The offer was great, the people were great, the goals were fantastic, and it was worth it.
