Process
It doesn't matter how extensive your resume is. It doesn't matter if Uber users utilize software you've written. They still want individuals who perform gimmicks on HackerRank rather than people who can write real software end-to-end. This is disappointing. I'll take my value elsewhere, where I'm appreciated and can actually do more than tricks and gimmicks.
