Process
Above average interview process.
Although, in the end, I was told that I didn't present things I wasn't asked to present. This is confusing and frustrating.

Things are being fixed. They could and hopefully would be better
Senior Software Engineer • Current Employee
San Francisco, California, United States
March 21, 2018
Pros: The company still has a lot of potential in terms of business growth.
The compensation package for new hires is competitive.
Some projects are truly interesting.
A lot of things are being fixed.
Overall, things are probably better than most other startups in a similar stage.
Cons: Lack of communication inside the company is still a problem, and I don't see it getting fixed any time soon. I do feel that a lot of times, decision-making is pretty much top-down. The onboarding experience needs to be improved a lot. Product goals are not well aligned between different orgs. Overall, I don't feel that a lot of folks care very much about others and what they do.
Upper management is still being stabilized. Some folks who joined 3-4 years ago are leaving, but this situation is understandable and common in startups at this stage.
