Best interview experience to date.

I got the interview via an employee referral. I was contacted by HR and asked for a feasible interview date.

I was provided with a proper interview sheet that mentioned the types of interviews that would take place and the types of questions that would be asked.

1st Interview: Android

• Two people conducted the interview. They were extremely friendly. They properly explained the interview process and what they were looking for before the interview began.
• I was given an Android project in which I had to find optimizations and improvements while explaining them to the interviewers.
• Then, I was given a small requirement that I needed to discuss and subsequently implement.

2nd Interview: Data Structures & Algorithms

• One person conducted the interview, and I had to code and explain on Codility.
• It was a graph question. The interviewer gave small hints when I was stuck.
• I was able to explain the idea but wasn't able to code it.

Feedback:

• I received a rejection email, but there was no feedback in it.
• I had to contact HR for feedback, as they don't provide it via email. However, she provided very detailed feedback that helped me work on my weak points.
