Pros: Over the last three months, I've seen and met a lot of engineers, product managers, and others who are really smart, engaged, and focused on providing the best possible quality. I mean literally: we've had jams over how a certain animation impacts our users' understanding of the product and its business impact. Things like ownership are fairly clear, people move fast, and you really feel like you are delivering something valuable.
Cons: Lack of some developer productivity infrastructure.
I've been wanting a virtual machine with a static IP for a while, and I can't get it yet.
But they are aware, acknowledge the issue, and are fixing it.

- A lot of in-house software that can teach you a lot if you are part of the team building them.
Cons: - Some managers focus on having good-looking metrics and forget about their team's motivation/well-being.
- The career path is not spoken about frequently enough.
- Salaries outside North America are below other offers.
- It's not easy to change teams if the one you are part of is not challenging.
