Process
After applying online, I received a call for an initial discussion with a recruiter. Following that, the first coding round took place, which had one question based on DFS.
There was no response after two weeks. I sent four follow-up emails, as my interview went well, but I received no response.
It's quite disappointing that recruiters can be so disrespectful and don't consider the time candidates have wasted.
A sad truth.

Pros: I am still surprised how much impact I get to add to Uber and its mission to reinvent the workforce of today with technology. Right now, it's transportation, and I'm extremely proud of our values in delivering the absolute best transport with the best service and software.
The engineering culture is fantastic. It's very meticulous in design and architecture and an absolute execution machine when it comes to pulling things together. There's no place else I'd rather be right now.
Cons: It is tough seeing the PR of the company portrayed in the media swinging from good to bad constantly. Once the company matures a little in the market, it will make it all the more sweeter.
