Process
The whole process was unprofessional. The interviewer did not call at the scheduled time, and no recruiter followed up until I asked. The phone interview involved two technical questions and coding on a shared document.
Although I resolved the questions, I was still rejected, and they refused to share feedback. Communication during the interview was minimal, and the interviewer appeared to be doing something else. It felt like a teacher watching an exam rather than a discussion of ideas.
