Then, I was given one week to complete a coding challenge on CodeSignal. It's one hour long and has 20 questions, so you need to ensure you have the time and mental capacity to essentially take an exam.
I didn't realize what I was signing up for and took the exam at a bad time. I didn't really give it much effort and never heard back from the recruiter.
