Process
Live coding with a software engineer. The problem is presented briefly. I have a few minutes to ask questions, clarify the requirements and the approach, and then the implementation begins, while also discussing what I am doing with the interviewer. The implementation was gradual. As simpler cases were resolved, the interviewer asked how to handle a more complex one.
