Cons: Cons: 1. Racism 2. Office politics 3. Foot licking culture 4. Manager relies on one person and believes him/her blindly. 5. Those who lick this person's foot are considered very good in the manager's view. This person has all the liberty and can lie about anything to gain sympathy or trust. 6. The team would be split by the biasness of upper management. 7. No offsites or any sort of extracurricular activities. 8. Contractors are told directly to do whatever is assigned; as a contractor, our opinions would matter the least. 9. Favoritism is at its height. 10. One of the worst work cultures one would experience here. 11. Do not share any of your personal or professional growth with anyone; they try to influence and put you down.
