Process

Applied online. Had a phone interview with HR.

Moved to a phone interview with a software engineer. The question was related to "intervals" (LeetCode medium).

Onsite (5 hours):

  1. System design: Design TripAdvisor (HLD)
  2. Coding: LeetCode medium, related to graphs (DFS)
  3. Coding: LeetCode easy-medium, matrix with BFS, with follow-up questions
  4. Hiring manager: Standard behavioral questions
  5. Bar raiser: Projects discussion

One month later, I still have not received any information about the result. I have sent several "kind reminder" emails to different people, but with no response.

Some interviewers were welcoming and tried to help by giving hints. However, their silence after the onsite is concerning.

Questions

All questions were unique (never seen before on LeetCode/HackerRank) and the difficulty level was easy-medium.
