Disorganized interview process.
After the initial HR screen, I was ghosted by the interviewer because the recruiter got the timezone wrong. I did the first interview and solved the problem, then moved onto the second one and apparently didn't pass.
The only feedback I received was: "We've decided to move in a different direction."
Just like the drivers with my UberEats order, am I right?
