I was directly contacted by the Uber recruitment team for a Frontend SDE-2 position. After the first conversation, they forwarded an interview document.
For the next 25 days, there was no communication. Eventually, I received an email to schedule my interview.
The interview started with an uninterested interviewer who threw out a direct question without getting to know me more. We started on the problem. He was not ready to accept any solution other than the one he already knew.
Two days later, I was told I was not selected.
