The onsite interview had 5 rounds, with 2 being behavioral. The hiring manager grilled me on things I don't know and haven't done. Interviewers for the coding rounds muted themselves the entire time. Some interviewers were rude.

Pros: Although it hasn't been long, I can already list several things that, over time, I have always sought.
* Constant technical challenge
* Constant technical/non-technical learning
* Very clear career path vision
* Mentorship programs
* Encouragement to try, fail, and learn (failing is not a problem, persisting in error is)
* Managers are, in fact, facilitators: they listen to you, help you, guide you.
* Partnerships with publishers
* Weekly meetings with your managers and peers to help you and exchange experiences.
Cons: It's not exactly a drawback, but the volume of information is abyssal. It's very common to be a little intimidated at first, but you get used to it over time.
