Process
I received two phone screens.
The first recruiter sent me an online assessment (OA) link. I was unable to finish it in time, so I asked if I could have an extra day. He never replied. Two weeks later, I discovered he had accepted a new position at another company.
The second recruiter sent me an assessment after our call. I completed it, but this recruiter also became unresponsive and never replied.
