A headhunter contacted me via LinkedIn, and then a recruiter from Uber contacted me for a phone technical interview.
The phone interview was generally fine, with typical interview questions.
The job requirement was to be an expert in certain languages that I wasn't familiar with. I was willing to learn, and the recruiter was fine with my willingness to learn new languages.
After the phone technical interview, I was declined the next day via email. Then, everyone stopped communicating with me. It would have been nice if I had received some feedback on why.
