Process
The standard tech interview process, which I experienced as positive, involved a couple of phone screens followed by an onsite interview.
It was a fairly typical onsite interview, including a coding exercise, technical interviews, and a cultural fit assessment.
My overall experience was positive. I found the "Rideshare Interview Prep" by Harry Campbell helpful in preparing for the interview. The interview panel was nice and welcoming.
