The typical phone screen interview lasts around 45 minutes. The first 15 minutes were spent chatting about background, followed by a very simple coding question: find the lowest common ancestor in a binary search tree. The last 15 minutes were dedicated to discussing company culture. After that, I received an email stating I was rejected.
