Process
The initial phone screen was pretty straightforward. I got a call for an onsite the very next day. The onsite interviews were nothing special, with typical design and coding questions. I felt a couple of my interviewers looked overworked and were not concentrating on the interview at hand, which was very demotivating. I have a similar problem as mentioned by another user, where Uber has still not reimbursed any of my expenses, which I think casts a very negative shadow on the company in general.
