My interview was on the schedule, but the recruiting team was worse than I ever saw, not even replying to emails.
There was no proper response. They should hire a good technical recruiting team.
Not professional.
I wasted a lot of time waiting for their response.

Awesome perks with lots of Uber credits.
Great people, projects, and you learn a lot.
Your role impacts the products a lot, like A LOT!
Cons: - People here are crazy about their work. They voluntarily work super hard.
Probably it looks like it may be hard to maintain work/life balance, but I would say Uber becomes your life. It's definitely a pro to me, but some might consider this as a con.
- The company's growing so fast, so the office is crowded and there may be several relocations. But Uber's buying several office spaces so hopefully this will go away soon.
