The telephonic interview experience was negative. The interviewer seemed very hostile, disrespectful, rude, and displayed a very bad attitude. His sole motive appeared to be proving the candidate wrong and worthless. He seemed obsessed with NoSQL and had already judged that the world had moved on from SQL to NoSQL. Given that almost all essential services are still running in the transactional world, passing such a judgment is premature.
